This was our second experience with Gaddis Partners, which merged to become Modern Traditions during our 4-5 month house search. In 2017 they assisted us selling our Alpharetta home, and now they've helped us purchase upon deciding to return to the area. It was nice to work with some of the same team members again, and we were fortunate to be assisted by Buyers' Agent Debbie Liggett. Debbie created multiple searches as our buying parameters evolved, and hosted us on multiple showings - including some which were conducted by video chat! She made herself available on our schedule of when we could be in town for showings, and in a couple of instances was able to arrange assistance from other Team members when she was not available - including a FaceTime showing with Partner Cleve Gaddis himself. We made 3 offers and went through two due diligence periods during the course of our search, and Debbie was very helpful making sure our questions were addressed and in finding fast responding home and specialty inspectors when we wanted more information on a tight deadline. Cleve was also available to consult when complicated issues arose and we desired a second opinion. For the home we purchased, Debbie was up with us by phone until nearly midnight coordinating with the Seller's agent as the due diligence deadline approached. Her persistence and strategies paid off, and we closed the deal. We'd also like to acknowledge Anne Daniels as one of the team members we worked with on both transactions, and this time she assisted with preparing us for closing. Her quick responses to emails and liaison role with the closing attorneys gave us a lot of confidence the deal would close on time.
