An adventure that started two years earlier with Vickie Hogan and was interrupted by a family medical situation, resumed in earnest with my moving to the same neighborhood we had contracted those two years previously (same house plan just down the street) in Stephens Point in Gainesville, GA. Even though it could be called deja vu, this house could be considered a serious upgrade to the original. The same plan I had in mind previously regarding not selling my existing house in Dacula until I had moved into the new location worked exactly as hoped for. Vickie and Anne Daniels professionally marketed my house in Dacula Bluff and we received great response and a fine contract. I am very pleased with the results although I will miss the space I had in my 22 years at the Dacula house.
