It's available on every major podcasting platform. Let's go back and take a look real quickly at the last seven days. Real estate market in Metro Atlanta. If I'm a home buyer, I am wondering is there enough inventory and is it reasonably priced for me to be able to move forward to very valid questions?

If I'm a seller, I am wondering, does it make sense for me to sell my har my home now or should I wait in many cases? Buyers need to move forward in order to deal with a change in life. Getting married, having a baby, finishing college, a death in the family, a divorce, all the things that are sad when they happen, but they cause us to need to buy and sell houses over time.

And home sellers would be, again, wondering is now a good time to sell? And the reality is it is a good time to buy and it is a good time to sell. I know you're thinking, wow, we are on the radio. You're a real estate agent. Of course you would say that. And I'm not saying everybody who wants to buy a house should buy one, and everybody who wants to sell should sell.

But if you want to do it, I'm telling you, it is worth considering it. It is worth having a conversation with somebody you know and trust. So that you can make a decision based on numbers, black and white, as to whether or not it makes sense for you to move forward. We'd love to be that resource for you.

The number to call is (770) 497-0000 1,899. New listings came on to the Atlanta, Georgia Real Estate Market. In the last week, 1,292 homes went under contract, which means. Gosh, almost 600 homes more, 600 more homes came on the market than actually went under contract, which means as buyers, you have 600 more choices than you did the week before.

You had 1,760 closings for the week. This time last year, that number would've probably been 2200 or 2300. Market is down 25% in metro Atlanta this year. And. We had 1,489 homes with a price decrease for the week, 101,489 homes with a price decrease for the week. That's 1,489. Homeowners who said, I am more motivated.

Mr. Beyer. Mrs. Beyer, show up to my house. Look at my house. We will negotiate. With you in good faith. And I'll tell you, that is what many, many buyers are looking for. If you've just joined us, you're listening to Go Gaddis Real Estate Radio right here on AM nine 20, the Answer. My name is Cleve Gaddis. I'm the host of this show.

I'm also a full-time real estate agent with a team full of agents. I'm also a broker, uh, with the team full of agents helping buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords make the best decisions whenever possible when buying, selling, or investing anywhere in metro Atlanta. And I, here's something you should know about Metro Atlanta, unbelievable glamping getaways in Georgia.

If you're anything like me and most other people I talk to, and you're in need of a little peace and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a great city, but it's a busy city. Then we've got some wonderful glamping getaways in Georgia that might have your name written all over them.

Let's hit them really quickly here. We may be biased, but there's no better place to go glamping than in the state of Georgia. Atlanta is known as a city with a forest, a city, and the tree. So we thought we'd round up a few glamping experiences. If you're looking for the perfect staycation, immersed in Georgia's gorgeous nature.

The first one is the Atlanta tree house. It's resting on top of a 400 year old oak tree. You can sleep 25 feet in the air. The huge windows in the tree house open up to an incredible view. Of the owner's pond and gardens. That's in East Point, Georgia, the Atlanta Tree House. Look it up on Google. Then you've got Rope Bridge Tree House in Atlanta.

It's the ultimate romantic getaway. They say it is a rope, bridge tree house, and it's all you could ask for and more when you think about glamping, staycation. It's intimate and restful. It's a retreat for two people. It's decked out with a delicious bed, which you can roll out into a platform and watch the stars or read a book.

It's in Buckhead, Georgia, and it also overlooks an enchanting stream. You can do gorgeous glamping in Ville, Georgia. If you're wondering. Where is Ville, Georgia? It is southwest of Macon. It is southeast of Columbus, and it is north of Albany, basically right in the middle of the triangle that is formed by those.

Three cities and, um, so it's close enough to drive to. It'd be, uh, take you a few hours to get there, but you can arrive to your luxury tent just outside of Atlanta and spend the weekend in total bliss. There are six LU luxury glamping tents in total on site sleeping up to 37 guests. Uh, you can celebrate a large family birthday bash or just get together with friends.

They say the place is perfect. It's in Strange Farms, Georgia Ville. You can also go to a llama yoga retreat. The alpaca tree house was the first of three accommodations available to rent in this adorable alpaca rescue farm in the city. They have llama alpaca experience, which grants you, you know, look around the stunning property in an hour long tour with their magical of their magical urban oasis.

That's in Fayetteville. You've got a private island glamping experience on Jekyll Island. You'll never want to leave this idyllic luxury, glamping experience on little raccoon Key, a private island on the, in the golden Iss on the coast of Georgia. That's again in Jekyll Island, Georgia. Then we've got the Adventure Tree House in Atlanta.

An awesome family fun game is included with your stay at this Atlanta Staycation gym. This three floor tree house has some incredible features. Connected by a rope bridge, and it sits high among the bamboo leaves. Much of the decor was handmade by the owner, and it is truly a special short break, a unique treasure.

And then last we've got in Danville, Georgia, tiny House. It's named the Jasper. The place is located on a gorgeous 10 acre farm. With other homes just like it. If you are looking for a glamping adventure, which by the way is the way I like to camp is glamping. I don't camp often. In fact, I haven't camped in years.

Uh, and I'm happy to do it as long as there's plenty of air conditioning. It sounds like one of these seven might be just right for you. Give us a little bit of information. You can attend one or you can attend both. You can attend either one. The material is gonna be the same.

I'm sure the discussion will be different from one session to another, just 'cause we'll have different people there. Becoming a top real estate agent takes ambition and finesse, which really stems from having a positive real estate mindset. What does that really mean? There's just a few components I believe that are required to be successful in real estate, and number one, you have got to be able to accept rejection.

And if you take failure personally, you probably should look for another line of work. You have to focus on the abundance because. As you're prospecting, you continue to hear one no after another, after another, no after another. No. And you have to believe that there's enough business out there for you and for everyone else.

You need to step outside of your comfort zone. In my opinion. If you're uncomfortable making cold calls, you uh, are gonna have to step outside of your comfort zone in order to do that. I have a beautiful black T-shirt that says Your comfort zone is killing you. And I believe that's true. You also have to have a never stop learning mindset.

And if you want to be successful long term, you must be passionate about serving others. We say you must be willing to serve regardless of the opportunity to do business. This segment of the show is brought to you by John Birchfield and Capital City Home Loans. John makes it his mission to guide each home buyer step by step through the entire loan process, so they are educated.

And confident in the mortgage options available and can make the best decisions along the way, he can be reached by calling 6 7 8 2 2 6 7 8 8 7 6 7 8 2 2 6 7 8 8 7. That it should be your goal to sell your house for more, but if it is, then we could be the people who might be able to get that done for you. And it comes with an R and r program.

We will rehab and refresh your property while you rest and relax up to $15,000 of our funds invested in your home to make sure you sell it as quickly as possible, and for the highest possible sales price.
