Kelly Morrison

Kelly Morrison is the listing manager at Modern Traditions Realty Group. She works with sellers from the initial listing appointment to the closing table and supports all agents on the team. Her sole position is to assist sellers in getting their home sold quickly and with no surprises! Some of the listing work includes staging, hiring contractors, scheduling photos, completing the legal documents all while navigating the selling process once your home is on the market. Kelly leads the Rehab & Refresh program which helps those who need extra assistance funding the rehab of their home before getting in on the market.
