Blueberry Buckel Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 2 cups blueberries
For Crumble:
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar.
Instructions
- Cream butter, sugar, and egg.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add flour mixture alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Spread in greased 9x9 pan.
- Make crumb mix: Combine 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 cup sugar.
- Sprinkle crumb mix on buckel.
- Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.
