Vickie Hogan is a seasoned realtor with the Modern Traditions Realty Group at RE/MAX Center. Her real estate journey began in the new construction sector, where she spent 20 years with national homebuilders focusing exclusively on newly constructed homes. This experience has been invaluable since her transition to RE/MAX Center 15 years ago, particularly in assisting buyers and sellers with inspection reports and negotiating favorable outcomes.

She is proficient in interpreting blueprints, grading plans, site plans, and surveys, and her expertise extends to buying and selling foreclosures and managing short sales. Currently, Vickie oversees a large corporate investor account, successfully negotiating and selling over 100 properties annually for this client.
